Greek varieties such as Assyrtiko, Malagousia, Xinomavro, and Agiorgitiko are cultivated alongside international grapes including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Syrah. There is no excess in the winemaking process — only respect. The wine is allowed to tell the story of the land on its own terms.
