Serbia continues its rise as one of Europe’s most exciting culinary destinations. In the newly released Michelin Guide Serbia 2026, two distinguished restaurants — Langouste in Belgrade and Fleur de Sel in Novi Slankamen — have successfully retained their prestigious Michelin stars, reaffirming Serbia’s presence on the global gastronomic map.

In addition, five new restaurants have been added to the Michelin recommended list for 2026, bringing the total number of recommended establishments across the country to 25.

Two Michelin-Starred Restaurants Maintain Their Excellence

The acclaimed Langouste, led by chef Marko Đerić, preserved its star thanks to its unwavering commitment to fresh, local ingredients and its refined technical precision.

Equally impressive, Fleur de Sel, under the creative vision of chef Nikola Stojaković, continues to merge French culinary techniques with Serbian ingredients and the picturesque landscapes of the Danube region.

New Addition to the “Bib Gourmand” Selection

Alongside the already recognized Istok and Iva New Balkan Cuisine, the Belgrade-based Bela Reka has joined the prestigious Bib Gourmand category — an award given for exceptional cuisine offered at reasonable prices. This distinction further strengthens Serbia’s reputation for delivering high-quality dining experiences accessible to a wider audience.

Five New Restaurants Receive Michelin Recommendations

This year’s selection also highlights five newly recommended restaurants, each chosen for their culinary creativity, quality, and consistency. The newcomers to the Michelin Guide Serbia 2026 are:

  • Suvenir

  • Prime

  • Puter

  • S5 by Angie

  • Restoran 27

Their inclusion showcases the diversity and evolution of Serbia’s contemporary dining scene.

The retention of Michelin stars for our two Serbian restaurants confirms that Serbia has firmly established itself on the international gastronomic scene. This achievement is the result of strategic and continuous efforts to develop gastronomy as a key element of our tourism offering. Such international recognition further strengthens Serbia’s position as a modern, prestigious, and authentic destination,” said Marija Labović, Director of the National Tourism Organization of Serbia.
